Pricing

Patent intelligence at every scale.

One price covers a patent: the search that finds the products it reaches, and the Hit Charts that map a claim onto them element by element. Pick a package or build your own. Credits never expire, and nothing recurs.

New to ClaimHit? Your first patent is $99 — the same 1 search and 2 charts as Essential, at half the standing price, once per account and covered by the money-back guarantee.

Or buy exactly what you need

A search is $119 and a Hit Chart is $40, with the same volume terms the packages get. Fewer charts than a package costs less than the package — that is what this is for.

What you are buying

A search, and the charts that follow it

A search takes one patent and returns the products or standards it reaches, each cross-checked against public evidence you can open. A Hit Chart takes one of those and maps the claim onto it element by element, with the source behind every line — and names the limitations it could not close from public sources, which is the honest end of what software does alone.

Two charts per search is the ratio in every package, because one patent usually has more than one candidate worth charting. That is the whole reason to run the search.

Nothing recurs

There is no subscription. Credits are bought when a project lands and never expire, so an unused chart is still there next quarter. If a standing arrangement would suit you better, that is one of the things worth a conversation.

Results are research

What you buy is preliminary research you can check: candidates worth investigating, with the evidence attached. It is not a finding of infringement, essentiality or validity, and a qualified practitioner has to review it before anyone relies on it.

Expert Review is quoted, not listed

An attorney with subject-matter expertise can finish a chart — closing the open limitations against source documents, verifying every citation, and signing it off. Scope decides what that costs, so it is quoted by a person rather than priced here. What it involves.
